This is the bank created by Wohlstand to match the sounding of the bank at the
Voyetra's Super SAPI FM synth driver for OPL3 chips.

This bank uses dual voices with detunes. Except of few rhythm mode instruments,
the bank is pretty compatible to the DMX set. The sounding might not be exact
same as Super SAPI does since libADLMIDI does not yet supports separate panning
per voices and some other features maintained by Super SAPI, but for the test
of the stuff, the bank should just work.

I don't know who really created the original instruments, but I don't claim the
authoship for them. Mine is primarily this bank and the effort to build it from
many small particles.

This bank can be freely used, modified, shared with any purposes.
